Refund policy
- All repairs, replacements, and refunds will be determined by Slick Trick. All requests are subject to approval by SlickTrick.
- Any product(s) returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Do not send your product(s) until you have received an RMA number.
- All RMA requests must include a photo of the product(s).
- An RMA approval does not guarantee that the product is covered by warranty. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
- If the item is under warranty and a repair is not possible, a replacement product will be sent.
- The original product will NOT be returned.
- In the event we find that the item is not covered under warranty, we will contact you with a quoted repair cost.
- If you do not want to pay for the repairs, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to you. Returned product not paid for within 30 days will be discarded.
